Alpha testing is our initial testing phase focused on validating all functionality with demo data. This is a closed testing period with a small group of selected users who help us identify issues and improve the platform before wider release.
Your feedback during this phase is invaluable in shaping ConnectCommunity's future. We're testing core features, user flows, and overall platform stability.
Development Database
All data is stored in a development database and will not carry over to beta or production environments. Any accounts, bookings, or data created during alpha testing will be wiped.
Features May Not Work as Intended
Some features may be incomplete, buggy, or behave unexpectedly. This is normal during alpha testing as we validate core functionality.
Testing Duration
The alpha testing phase is expected to last up to 2 months. After this period, we'll transition to beta testing with a fresh database.

Customer feedback system
While this is a development environment, we still take your privacy seriously. Personal information you provide during alpha testing will be handled according to our privacy policy, but will be deleted when the development database is wiped.
Please don't use real sensitive information (like credit card numbers, personal addresses, or confidential business data) during alpha testing. Use demo/test data wherever possible.
